These Referral Terms are part of our Terms & Conditions. They cover what you can get for inviting another driver or carrier to OverTheRoad.AI.

1. When a friend counts

A friend counts (“qualifies”) when they sign up through your referral link and then log their first real document read or dock visit. Signing up alone doesn't count.

One reward per new person. A person who already had an account doesn't count.
You can't refer yourself or another account you control.
We never give rewards for app-store ratings or reviews.

2. Rewards on the Free plan

+5 documents for the month the friend qualifies, for each qualifying friend, up to +20 documents a month. Extra documents don't carry over to the next month.
One extra 30-day Pro trial, once per account, when your first friend qualifies.

3. Rewards on a paid plan

If you're on a paid plan, you get one free month as a credit on your account when the friend you referred makes their first payment. If you're still in your trial at that time, your trial gets 30 more days instead.

4. Your friend

A friend who signs up through your link may get a longer free trial. The length shown when they sign up is the one that applies.

5. How to share

Share your own link yourself — with your phone's share sheet or by copying it. We don't read your contacts and we don't send messages for you. Don't send spam or post your link where it isn't allowed.

6. The fine print

Rewards are given at our sole discretion.
Rewards have no cash value, can't be sold or transferred, and can't be exchanged for money.
We may change or end the referral program or these terms at any time. Rewards already given stay, except as described in the next point.
If we believe a referral was fake, self-made, or otherwise abused the program, we may reverse the reward and close the referral link.
