The Today board
One row per truck. One list of what needs you.
Your office Home on the website: driver, load, next stop and ETA (when the driver is sharing) for every truck — and a Needs attention list.
Who's where
Each truck's driver, load and next stop. ETA shows when the driver shares their trip.
What's missing
Missing PODs, uploads to approve, loads with no truck, documents about to expire.
What's owed
Loads ready to invoice and invoices still unpaid, so nothing slips.
The driver app
Your drivers get an app, not a chore.
- Current and next load with stops, times and a Navigate button.
- What to snap next — “POD needed for #1042” — and the photo files itself.
- Call or text the office with one tap, using the phone's own apps.
- Their pay summary and miles, only after you approve them.
- The same free truck map: parking, truck stops and driver reviews, with their loads on it.
Invite drivers by email, then share the same invite link from your own phone if you like. Drivers never send invoices and never see what a load pays unless you allow it.

Live map
See where your trucks are — when drivers share their trip.
- Sharing is always the driver's choice.
- Only while they navigate a trip or record miles.
- They can turn it off any time; you see who is sharing.
We never switch it on for a driver. If your state requires notice or consent for monitoring drivers, that's on the account owner — see our Terms.

Back office + light dispatch
Everything the office does, on the website.
Plus everything in Pro for the whole account: document reading, invoicing, IFTA estimates, tax export and Co-Driver.
Assign and reassign loads
Put a load on a truck and driver. The driver gets a push alert when it's assigned or changed.
Approve what drivers upload
A driver's rate-con snap becomes a draft load the office approves. Receipts and fuel: per driver, approve automatically or review.
Ready to invoice
POD in, the load shows Ready to invoice. Invoicing stays with the office, on the website.
Driver pay summaries
Set pay rules; we draft a summary, you approve it before the driver sees it. Your payroll is the official record.
Expiry reminders
CDL, med card and endorsements per driver; registration, annual inspection and IRP per truck. 30 and 7 days out.
P&L estimate from your data
Per truck and per driver, from the fuel, tolls, repairs, expenses and pay summaries you've entered.
One-click export
Loads, invoices, expenses, fuel, IFTA, settlements and documents for the whole account, in one download.
Trucks and drivers
Add trucks and drivers by hand or from a CSV. Drivers don't need a login to be on your list.

Questions
Is there a free trial?
Yes. Fleet starts with 30 days free and no card. Add your trucks and invite your drivers during the trial — trucks are free until it ends. When the trial ends without a card, the office tools go read-only — drivers keep the free map and can still snap, and nothing is deleted. Add a card any time to pick up where you left off.
What does it cost?
$249/mo includes 3 trucks. Each truck after that adds $99/mo ($990 a year on yearly billing). When you add a truck we show you exactly how much your bill goes up before you confirm. Remove a truck and it comes off your next bill.
Do logins cost extra?
No. Logins are free — every driver, your dispatcher, your bookkeeper and a read-only login for your accountant. You pay per truck, not per person.
Can drivers see what loads pay?
Only if you allow it. You choose per driver. By default drivers don't see rates, broker details or profit — they see their loads, stops and what to snap.
Can I see where my trucks are?
When a driver shares their trip. Sharing is always the driver's choice, only while they navigate a trip or record miles, and they can turn it off any time. You see who is sharing and who isn't. We never turn it on for them.
Can I cancel?
Any time, no contract. Your records stay — nothing is deleted — and you can download everything in one export.
Do you run payroll or pay my drivers?
No. We draft driver pay summaries from the loads and pay rules you enter, and you approve them before a driver sees one. Your company's payroll is the official record.
Put every truck in one place.
Add your trucks, add your drivers, invite them by email. A short setup walks you through it, and you can skip any step.
