How do you handle my 1099 income vs. a Schedule C filer?

Both work. At signup you pick your situation (leased, own authority, lease-purchase, etc.) and the Tax Ready page adapts. If you're leased, your gross income comes from your settlements and we reconcile it against the 1099-NEC each carrier will send you in January. If you run your own authority, gross income comes from paid invoices. Either way you get Schedule C deductions tracked all year, quarterly tax estimates, per diem from load dates, and a clean CPA-share link when it's time to file.

Can I compare carriers to see who's paying me best?

Yes. Every settlement you scan gets tagged with the carrier, so over time we show you a side-by-side — CPM by carrier, deductions per mile by carrier, payment speed, and net take-home. If one carrier takes $0.12/mi in deductions and another takes $0.08/mi, you'll see it. This is the leased-driver equivalent of our broker transparency tool — same idea, applied to the carriers you run under.

On day 31, you're charged for the plan you picked during signup. You'll get a reminder email before so there are no surprises. If you cancel before day 30, your card is never charged. If you let your subscription lapse, your account goes read-only — your data is never deleted, and you can reactivate anytime.
