Clauses that waive, cap, or make the broker's payment of detention, layover, or TONU optional.
Unilateral rate change & chargebacks
Authority for the counterparty to deduct from your settlements or change rates without your signature.
Mandatory arbitration & venue
Forced arbitration with class waivers, jury waivers, or jurisdiction locked to an inconvenient state.

What types of contracts can I upload?+
Broker carrier agreements, rate confirmations, lease-on agreements, factoring agreements, fuel-card agreements — anything you'd be asked to sign in trucking. The parser detects the type automatically.
Do you store my contract?+
No. We process the document transiently and store only metadata (filename, size, hash) along with the parsed flag list. The contract bytes themselves are not retained on our servers.
Why don't you require an email?+

What if my contract has no flagged clauses?+
It means nothing in our taxonomy matched — but that doesn't mean the contract is safe. AI can miss things, and our taxonomy doesn't cover every issue. An attorney can spot problems we don't.
